A Homemade pizza crust slathered with olive oil, garlic, and herbs then topped with mozzarella, sliced chicken breast, kalamata olives, red onion, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
Stir together the yeast and water in a large mixing bowl then set aside for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to hydrate.
Stir in the flours, olive oil, and salt then knead the dough by hand in the bowl for about 10 minutes.
Loosely cover the bowl and set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour to allow the dough to rise.
THE TOPPINGS AND ASSEMBLY:
1.In a small bowl mix together 2 TBSP of olive oil, garlic, oregano, crushed red pepper, and 1/8 tsp salt until well combined then set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the sliced chicken, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1/8 tsp salt, and a dash of black pepper until chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat then cook the chicken, stirring often, until no longer pink, about 7 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 475°F.
Stretch the dough out onto a large pizza pan or baking sheet pan and brush the garlic-oil mixture on top then sprinkle on the mozzarella, chicken, olives, onion, tomato, and feta.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and crisp.
