INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups oat flour (ground oats)
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 TBSP olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F and line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together (except toppings) in a large bowl.
  3. Spread mixture onto your parchment paper lined pan. You may need to add some extra water, up to 1/4 cup, to help spread the mixture evenly, about a 1/4 inch thick or so.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove crust from the oven and top with sauce, cheese and toppings.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve.
