INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
4 TBSP pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the basil leaves, garlic, and pine nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the oil and Parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
