Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 TBSP pine nuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Add the basil leaves, garlic, and pine nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the oil and Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
