INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 4 TBSP pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the basil leaves, garlic, and pine nuts to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the oil and Parmesan.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
