INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil plus a little extra
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. Finely chop the parsley leaves then place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the 1/2 cup olive oil, the dried oregano, the crushed red pepper, the minced garlic, the vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper until well combined.
  3. Taste the sauce and add additional salt & pepper and/or olive oil to desired taste and consistency.
