Sesame Garlic Spinach
Spinach sauteed with garlic then mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 TBSP peanut oil
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 10 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Add sesame seeds to a dry wok or large non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Transfer seeds to a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the peanut oil in the pan over medium-high.
- Add the garlic to the pan and cook while stirring until fragrant, about 2 seconds.
- Add the spinach to the pan, stirring often, until spinach wilts, 2 to 3minutes.
- Take off the heat and drain the spinach off any excess liquid. Transfer spinach to a large bowl.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and toasted sesame seeds to the spinach and toss to combine.
