INGREDIENTS
3 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 pound flat iron steak, sliced into 1/4-inch thick strips
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into strips
12 6-inch flour tortillas
1 lime, cut into wedges
1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
1 large avocado - peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a large mixing bowl stir together the oil, paprika, salt, cumin, garlic, oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the sliced steak, onion, and bell peppers to the bowl then toss to coat in the spices.
Spread the steak out on one side of a large rimmed baking sheet and the vegetables out on the other side then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Warm the tortillas then serve the steak and vegetables with the tortillas, lime wedges, cilantro, and avocado on the side.
