Sriracha Baked Chicken Wings
Crispy oven baked chicken wings seasoned with sriracha powder for a kick of heat.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into wingettes and drumettes
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sriracha powder
Directions
- Place the wings in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together the baking powder, sriracha powder, and salt.
- Sprinkle the spice mix onto the wings then toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on wire baking rack above a foil lined baking sheet then place in the refrigerator, uncovered, for 2 hours.
- Take the wings out of the refrigerator and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Place the wings in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn the oven heat up to 425°F and bake for 30 more minutes or until crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Take the wings out of the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
