INGREDIENTS
2 pounds chicken wings, separated into wingettes and drumettes
1 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sriracha powder
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Place the wings in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl mix together the baking powder, sriracha powder, and salt.
Sprinkle the spice mix onto the wings then toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on wire baking rack above a foil lined baking sheet then place in the refrigerator, uncovered, for 2 hours.
Take the wings out of the refrigerator and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Place the wings in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven heat up to 425°F and bake for 30 more minutes or until crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
Take the wings out of the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
