INGREDIENTS
1 tsp olive oil
4 to 4 1/2 pounds chicken wings, separated into wingettes and drumettes
3 TBSP cornstarch
1 TBSP paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Line the inside bottom of two large rimmed baking sheets with foil and place baking racks on top the brush the racks with the olive oil.
Place the cornstarch, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels then place the chicken wings in the bowl with the seasonings and toss to coat the chicken.
Spread the chicken wings in a single layer out onto the baking racks.
Place the baking sheets in the oven on separate oven racks.
Bake the wings for 25 minutes then rotate the baking sheets and bake for about 20 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Take the wings out of the oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
