Vegetable Cream Cheese Ball
A cheese ball ball made from mixed vegetables and cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded radish
- 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet peppers, use a variety of colors
- salt & pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, garlic, onion, dill, and half the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Mix the rest of the vegetables together and lay on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped vegetables. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Serve with bagel chips, fresh cut vegetables, and /or crackers.
