Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded radish
1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet peppers, use a variety of colors
salt & pepper

Directions

1. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, garlic, onion, dill, and half the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

2. Form the mixture into a ball.

3. Mix the rest of the vegetables together and lay on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped vegetables. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

4. Serve with bagel chips, fresh cut vegetables, and /or crackers.
