1/2 cup finely chopped sweet peppers, use a variety of colors

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, garlic, onion, dill, and half the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Form the mixture into a ball.
Mix the rest of the vegetables together and lay on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped vegetables. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Serve with bagel chips, fresh cut vegetables, and /or crackers.
