Whole Wheat Yogurt Biscuits
Tender and hearty biscuits made from whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour plus a little extra
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 ounces plain whole milk Greek yogurt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Stir in the the yogurt until well combined and a shaggy dough is formed.
- Sprinkle a little flour onto a baking sheet.
- Knead the dough with your hands for a minute or two until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle roughly 1-inch high.
- Use a circle cutter or an upside-down cup thats roughly 3-inches in diameter and cut circles out of the dough and place them onto the baking sheet.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 17 minutes.
