DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl mix together the cheeses, green onion, and spices until well combined.
Use your hands to form the cheese mixture into a ball then wrap the ball tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Spread the chopped pecans out on a large plate. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the pecans then use your hands to press the pecans onto the cheese ball to help adhere.
Serve the cheese ball with crackers, breads, or fresh cut vegetables.
