INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 large russet potato (about 15 ounces)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil and salt.
  2. Scrub the potato to remove any dirt on the outside of the potato.
  3. Rub the oil and salt all over the potato then use a fork to poke several holes all over the potato.
  4. Place the potato in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for about 1 hour or until the center of the potato is soft and fork easily pushes into the potato.
