Almond Caesar Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp capers, crushed and chopped
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
2 romaine hearts, chopped
salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, capers, lemon juice, HALF (1/4 cup) of the almonds, and HALF (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan until thoroughly combined. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
2. Add the romaine to the bowl and toss to coat. Transfer the salad to a large serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining almonds and Parmesan on top.
