Chili Garlic Cauliflower
Oven roasted cauliflower florets tossed in a spicy homemade chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- CHILI GARLIC SAUCE:
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 3 TBSP water
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 TBSP distilled white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets. Add the cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil on the florets then stir to coat and spread the florets out on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- In the now empty mixing bowl stir together the CHILI GARLIC SAUCE ingredients together until well combined.
- Take the florets out of the oven and transfer them to the bowl with the CHILI GARLIC SAUCE and stir to coat.
- Transfer the florets back to the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 5 more minutes.
