Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets. Add the cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil on the florets then stir to coat and spread the florets out on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In the now empty mixing bowl stir together the CHILI GARLIC SAUCE ingredients together until well combined.
Take the florets out of the oven and transfer them to the bowl with the CHILI GARLIC SAUCE and stir to coat.
Transfer the florets back to the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 5 more minutes.
