INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder



DIRECTIONS

  1. Grate the potatoes on the large holes of a grater.
  2. Add the grated potatoes into a large mixing bowl then drizzle the oil on top and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat a griddle to medium-high heat.
  4. When the griddle is a hot spread the potatoes out on the griddle and cook until brown and crispy on the bottom, about 6 minutes.
  5. Flip the potatoes over and brown the other side, about 5 more minutes or until crispy.
