Crispy Homemade Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 1 pound russet potatoes, peeled
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Grate the potatoes on the large holes of a grater.
- Add the grated potatoes into a large mixing bowl then drizzle the oil on top and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a griddle to medium-high heat.
- When the griddle is a hot spread the potatoes out on the griddle and cook until brown and crispy on the bottom, about 6 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes over and brown the other side, about 5 more minutes or until crispy.
