INGREDIENTS
4 pounds chicken wings, cut into wingettes and drumettes
1 TBSP peanut oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil then top with wire baking racks.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels then place the wings into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the oil over the wings then toss to coat the wings evenly in the oil.
In a small bowl mix together the salt, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mix over the wings then toss to coat the wings evenly in the spice mix.
Spread the wings out in a single layer onto the baking racks.
Bake the wings for 20 minutes.
Rotate the baking sheets so the wings cook evenly then bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
