INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces white sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 medium jalapeno pepper, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
tortilla chips for serving
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the heavy cream, cheddar, cumin, onion, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper to a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring often, until cheese is melted and well combined, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the diced jalapeno then taste and season with additional salt & pepper if needed.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the diced tomato.
Serve with tortilla chips
