Queso Blanco Dip
A creamy white cheddar dip with fresh jalapenos and spices then topped with fresh diced tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces white sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- tortilla chips for serving
Directions
- Add the heavy cream, cheddar, cumin, onion, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring often, until cheese is melted and well combined, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced jalapeno then taste and season with additional salt & pepper if needed.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with the diced tomato.
- Serve with tortilla chips
