Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels then place them in a large bowl along with the florets and onion.
- Drizzle the oil all over the chicken and vegetables then sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic powder all over. Toss until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetables in a single layer onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through (an internal temperature of 165°F) and vegetables are slightly charred, about 45 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
