Mix together the eggs and milk in a large bowl until well combined.
Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced zucchini and squash to the pan then season generously with salt & pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the zucchini and squash to the bowl with the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish then sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly and starting to brown.
