INGREDIENTS

  • 15-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed well
  • 1 TBSP tahini
  • 3 TBSP Sriracha
  • 4 medium garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • fresh cut veggies, pita chips, crackers, etc. for serving.



DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the beans, tahini, Sriracha, garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Scrape mixture into a small bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Season with salt & pepper to taste then serve with fresh cut veggies, pita chips, and/or crackers.
