INGREDIENTS
1 bunch kale
1 avocado, peel and pit removed
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 TBSP lemon juice, fresh squeezed
Everything Spice:
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp poppy seed
1/2 tsp dried chopped garlic
1/2 tsp dried chopped onion
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Wash the kale and blot dry with a paper towel. Remove the stems and tear into bite sized pieces.
Put the kale in mixing bowl and rub the avocado and salt into the kale. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
In the meantime mix all the ingredients for the Everything Spice in a small dish and set aside.
Now sprinkle the kale mixture with the lemon juice and toss together.
Place the salad in serving bowl and sprinkle with the Everything spice. Serve immediately.
