Layers of fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt & freshly ground pepper.
Make a layer alternating between tomato slices and mozzarella on a large plate tucking basil leaves in between each tomato and mozzarella slice. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
