INGREDIENTS
8 ounces plain whole milk yogurt
1/2 small English cucumber, peeled and chopped small
1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
salt & pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Stir the the yogurt, cucumber, serrano, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, and 1/4 tsp salt until well combined.
Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if necessary.
