INGREDIENTS
1 pound farfalle pasta
2 ounces fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 medium garlic cloves, peeled
3/4 cup olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta according to package directions then drain the pasta and set aside.
Put the basil, walnuts, Parmesan, and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl then stir in the olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
Put the cooked pasta into the bowl with the pesto sauce and toss to coat.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
