A healthy fruit pizza consisting of an oatmeal cookie crust spread with a fresh strawberry and Greek yogurt mix then topped with fresh blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
Mix all the OATMEAL COOKIE CRUST ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
Press the cookie dough mixture evenly in the bottom of a 11-inch pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Take the cookie crust out of the oven and allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
Make the YOGURT SPREAD: Add the chopped strawberries to a bowl and mash with a fork then mix in the yogurt until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
When the cookie crust has cooled spread the yogurt mixture evenly on top of the cookie crust.
Arrange a row of the blackberries around the outside edge then a row of the raspberries and finally the blueberries in the middle.
