Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic
White button mushrooms sauteed with fresh garlic in olive oil and butter with a bit of soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 8 ounces white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms begin to brown, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring often, for about 3 more minutes.
- Take the pan off the heat and season the mushrooms with salt & pepper to taste.
