INGREDIENTS
1/2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/2 TBSP olive oil
8 ounces white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Heat the butter and oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms begin to brown, about 4 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring often, for about 3 more minutes.
Take the pan off the heat and season the mushrooms with salt & pepper to taste.
