2 large russet potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Scrub the potatoes then cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedge-shape pieces for a total of 16 potato wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the oil over the potatoes then sprinkle on the garlic, salt, and pepper and stir the potatoes to coat evenly.
Spread the potatoes out in the air fryer basket, its ok if some overlap.
Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
Take the basket out of the air fryer and shake to move the potato wedges around a bit then bake the wedges for about 10 more minutes or until browned and crisp.
