INGREDIENTS
1 small head green cabbage, cored and finely shredded
1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
2 TBSP unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add the onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook about 1 minute.
Add the cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
