Spicy Sauteed Cabbage and Onions
Shredded cabbage and thinly sliced onions sauteed in butter and red pepper flakes.

Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage, cored and finely shredded
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions
- Melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook about 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
