Cheesy Polenta

Ingredients
2 cups milk
4 cups water
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Bring milk and water to a boil.
2. Whisk in polenta, salt, and pepper and whisk until thoroughly combined.
3. Turn heat to low and cook stirring often about 25 minutes.
