Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 English cucumber, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
