1 medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped
2 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
1/2 small can (3 to 4 ounces) chipotles in adobo sauce
freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp salt plus more to taste
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times to chop the tomatoes and combine everything together. Add salt to taste.
