INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound whole campari tomatoes
  • 1 medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 small can (3 to 4 ounces) chipotles in adobo sauce
  • freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt plus more to taste



DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times to chop the tomatoes and combine everything together. Add salt to taste.
