INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS
Place the mozzarella cubes in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients very well in a separate container. Pour the marinade over the mozzarella and using a spoon gently toss to coat all of the mozzarella cubes evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
