Directions
- Peel and core the apples then chop them into roughly 1-inch pieces.
- Add the chopped apples to a 3-quart slow cooker.
- Add the cinnamon stick, water, and lemon juice to the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Remove the cinnamon stick then stir and mash the apples.
