INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced into a paste
1 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP Oil
1 TBSP Cholula or other hot sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
16 wings separated (32 pieces)

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat.
Cover in store in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cover 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with pan spray. Line the wings on sheet pans.
Bake for 30 minutes. Rotate the pans.
Bake 20 minutes more.
Turn on the broiler and broil for 2 minutes, flip each wing over and broil 2 minutes more.
