Sriracha Turkey Meatballs
Spicy turkey meatballs made with sriracha sauce and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup fine dried breadcrumbs (like panko)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 TBSP Sriracha sauce
Directions
- Mix the ground turkey, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, egg, and Sriracha in a large bowl with your hands until well combined.
- Form balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet (roughly 12 meatballs). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Take the meatballs out of the fridge and preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
