Sriracha Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup fine dried breadcrumbs (like panko)
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 TBSP Sriracha sauce
Directions
1. Mix the ground turkey, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, egg, and Sriracha in a large bowl with your hands until well combined.
2. Form balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet (roughly 12 meatballs). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Take the meatballs out of the fridge and preheat the oven to 425° F.
4. Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
